It is with profound sorrow and a deep sense of loss that I share the recent resignation of my Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Kagawads, Treasurer, and Secretary. This decision, though communicated to me by some of them long ago, is one I have earnestly sought to prevent. I repeatedly encouraged them to remain in their roles, fully aware of their immense potential and the invaluable contributions they have brought to our team. However, despite my best efforts, I deeply respect and understand their decision to step away.
Nauunawaan kong ang pangyayaring ito ay maaaring magdulot ng mga katanungan sa ating komunidad. HINDI NATIN PWEDENG PIGILAN ANG NAIS NILANG TAHAKIN DAAN NA MAKAKAPAGPAUNLAD NG KANILANG SARILI. Sa halip, nais kong ituon ang pansin sa pagpapasalamat sa kanilang kahanga-hangang serbisyo na nag-iwan ng mahalagang ambag sa mga programa at layunin para sa mga kabataan ng aming barangay. Their departure marks more than the loss of colleagues, it is the farewell of trusted allies and friends who have stood alongside me in serving our community.
Nais ko ring gamitin ang pagkakataong ito upang tanggapin nang buong puso ang aking mga pagkukulang bilang isang lider. Buong pagpapakumbaba kong inaako ang responsibilidad sa mga pagkakataong maaaring hindi ko naibigay ang sapat na gabay at suporta na kailangan ng aking mga kasamahan. Leadership is a continuous journey of learning and growth, and I remain committed to improving, not just for myself but for the people I serve.
To my outgoing Kagawads, Treasurer, and Secretary, I extend my heartfelt thanks for their unwavering commitment and sacrifices in pursuit of our shared goals. As we move forward, I ask for the community's trust and support as we navigate this transition, and pursue the mission of empowering the youth of our barangay. Sama-sama nating ipagpapatuloy ang pundasyong kanilang iniwan, na may panibagong layunin at dedikasyon. Maraming salamat sa inyong serbisyo!
