In line with its commitment to organizational excellence and quality public service, DOJ-PPA MIMAROPA Regional Officer-in-Charge Bennyrose D. Arnecilla, accompanied by the Regional Performance Management Team (PMT) composed of OIC-ARD Ivan D. Loisaga, AO IV Dowel F. Reyes, Accountant II John Michael Prince Garbo, and PPO II Jose Francis Sabanal, conducted a field visitation and Internal Quality Audit (IQA) at the Marinduque Parole and Probation Office.
The audit team was warmly received by the Marinduque Parole and Probation Office personnel led by CPPO Reynaldo P. Orbien, with PPO I Gerlie D. Quiriado and ADA Arianne N. Jayag. As a showcase of Marinduque's rich cultural heritage, the office's Volunteer Probation Aides (VPAs) welcomed the visitors through the traditional "Putong" performance at the Hall of Justice, Boac.
The PMA and IQA evaluated the office's compliance with Performance Management and Quality Management System (QMS) standards, assessed the effectiveness of its operational processes, and identified opportunities for continuous improvement. The activity reflects the DOJ-PPA MIMAROPA Regional Office's unwavering commitment to accountability, operational excellence, and the delivery of responsive, efficient, and quality public service.
Meanwhile, Marinduque PPO and Regional Personnel paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Judge Glenda Lacsamana-King of the Family Court, reaffirming the strong partnership between the Judiciary and the Parole and Probation Administration in the pursuit of effective justice administration.
