𝗗𝗢𝗝-𝗣𝗣𝗔 𝗠𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗠𝗧 & 𝗜𝗤𝗔

In line with its commitment to organizational excellence and quality public service, DOJ-PPA MIMAROPA Regional Officer-in-Charge Bennyrose D. Arnecilla, accompanied by the Regional Performance Management Team (PMT) composed of OIC-ARD Ivan D. Loisaga, AO IV Dowel F. Reyes, Accountant II John Michael Prince Garbo, and PPO II Jose Francis Sabanal, conducted a field visitation and Internal Quality Audit (IQA) at the Marinduque Parole and Probation Office.

The audit team was warmly received by the Marinduque Parole and Probation Office personnel led by CPPO Reynaldo P. Orbien, with PPO I Gerlie D. Quiriado and ADA Arianne N. Jayag. As a showcase of Marinduque's rich cultural heritage, the office's Volunteer Probation Aides (VPAs) welcomed the visitors through the traditional "Putong" performance at the Hall of Justice, Boac.

The PMA and IQA evaluated the office's compliance with Performance Management and Quality Management System (QMS) standards, assessed the effectiveness of its operational processes, and identified opportunities for continuous improvement. The activity reflects the DOJ-PPA MIMAROPA Regional Office's unwavering commitment to accountability, operational excellence, and the delivery of responsive, efficient, and quality public service.

Meanwhile, Marinduque PPO and Regional Personnel paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Judge Glenda Lacsamana-King of the Family Court, reaffirming the strong partnership between the Judiciary and the Parole and Probation Administration in the pursuit of effective justice administration.

📌𝙈𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩

Representing CPO Reynaldo P. Orbien, PO I Gerlie D. Quiriado attended the BS Criminology Internship Graduation Ceremony of the Educational Systems Technological Institute (ESTI).

The event was attended by representatives from various agencies, including the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Land Transportation Office (LTO), and other partner institutions, together with the proud parents and families of the graduates who witnessed the culmination of their hard work and perseverance.

The occasion was especially meaningful for the Marinduque Parole and Probation Office, as ten (10) of the graduates were among the pioneering criminology interns who completed their internship with our office.

Our office takes pride in having been part of their educational journey and looks forward to seeing them become competent and responsible professionals in the future.

🔊𝗧𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀🔊

Thirteen (13) selected beneficiaries was successfully participated in the orientation for the 𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙥𝙗𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙/𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 (𝙏𝙐𝙋𝘼𝘿) Program, a livelihood assistance initiative of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The activity was facilitated by Ma. Monnet M. Marticio, TUPAD Coordinator, and Noella M. Raza Clerk I from DOLE Marinduque, discussed the program guidelines, following the orientation, the participants formally signed their contracts, signifying their commitment and readiness to take part in the program.

This milestone serves as another meaningful step toward the rehabilitation and reintegration of parolees and probationers by providing temporary employment opportunities and a source of income that can help support their families while promoting dignity, responsibility, and self-reliance.

The Marinduque PPO extends its sincere appreciation to DOLE Marinduque for its unwavering support in creating pathways toward rehabilitation, empowerment, and successful reintegration.
