Para sa mga gusto mu-avail sa YAKAP services sa atong Primary Care Facility, gi-awhag ang mga Balilinhon nga murehistro pinaagi sa EGOVPH APP o sa PHILHEALTH PORTAL.

Pili-a ang Balilihan Primary Care Facility isip inyong YAKAP Provider para maka-libre sa mga serbisyo sama sa medical consultation, pipila ka laboratories ug mga tambal.

Kung ikaw PhilHealth member na, palihog basaha ang instructions sa post para mahibaw unsaon pagrehistro.

Kung dili pa ka myembro sa PhilHealth, palihog adto sa Balilihan Primary Care Facility o atangi ang schedule sa atong mga Barangay Day para matabangan mo sa PCF staff sa pagrehistro. Daghang salamat.

Karong martes na ang atong Blood Donation Drive ug Libreng Tuli! alas 7 sa buntag sa Balilihan Gym.

Mahatagan og priority sa libreng tuli ang mga magdali og 1 ka adult blood donor.

- Parents are reminded to bring their PhilHealth MDR.

REMINDERS FOR BLOOD DONORS
- Must be 18-60 years old (16-17 years old may be allowed with parents’ consent)
- Must weigh at least 50kg
- Must have at least 6 hours of sleep the night before donation
- Must have normal blood pressure, no fever, cough or flu-like symptoms at the time of donation
- No recent intake of alcoholic beverages within 24 hours prior to donation
- For female donors: not pregnant, and not less than 6 months postpartum if breastfeeding
