Today, August 20, 2026, a virtual meeting and monitoring of Modular Distance Learning (MDL) were successfully conducted under the leadership of our School Head, Dr. Gladys Joy C. Caasi, together with our District Supervisor, Dr. Helen C. Brian.
The activity aimed to monitor the implementation of MDL, assess the progress of learners, and address the concerns and challenges encountered by teachers in delivering quality education through the modular learning modality. During the meeting, the teachers shared updates, observations, and effective practices related to the distribution, retrieval, checking, and monitoring of learning modules.
Dr. Caasi provided guidance and encouragement to the teachers, emphasizing the importance of commitment, teamwork, accurate documentation, and continuous communication with learners and parents. Likewise, Dr. Brian offered valuable insights and recommendations to help strengthen the implementation and monitoring of MDL.
The virtual meeting provided an opportunity for the participants to discuss possible solutions to identified concerns and ensure that every learner receives the necessary support. It also reinforced the schoolβs commitment to maintaining quality education despite the challenges associated with distance learning.
The activity concluded with a renewed sense of dedication and cooperation among the school personnel. Through the guidance of the school and district leaders and the collaborative efforts of teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, the school continues to work toward the effective delivery of meaningful, accessible, and learner-centered education.
