Some stories begin in quiet classrooms, where young dreams are first written on notebooks and whispered in hopeful hearts. Years later, those same dreams return as powerful testimonies of perseverance, excellence, and possibility. Such is the inspiring journey of the distinguished individual who will grace our 81st End-of-the-School-Year Rites.
So, who is the accomplished professionalโand proud alumnusโwho will speak before our learners, parents, and community on March 30, 2026?
Our guest speaker is ๐๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐จ, ๐๐๐, a proud son of Pangasinan whose journey began right here at Estanza Elementary School, where he graduated ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. His early promise blossomed into greater achievements when he later graduated ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of Balingasay National High School, while also serving as President of the Supreme Student Councilโa clear sign of both academic excellence and leadership.
Driven by determination and a passion for learning, Mr. Celino pursued his ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ at the University of Pangasinan. He further advanced his professional credentials by earning his Master in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University in Manila, strengthening his expertise in finance, leadership, and strategic management.
Today, ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ผ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ, ๐๐ป๐ฐ., one of the countryโs respected real estate developers known for building vibrant master-planned communities. With more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and treasury management, he plays a vital role in shaping financial strategies, managing funding operations, and strengthening institutional partnerships.
Before reaching this leadership position, he steadily rose through the ranks at Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc., from Accounting Assistant to Assistant Treasury Managerโa remarkable professional journey built on dedication, competence, and perseverance.
Beyond the boardroom and professional accolades, Mr. Celino is a devoted husband to Ms. Geraldine Ugale Celino and a loving father to Gillian Reine and Gavin Rod.His life stands as a living reminder that the seeds planted in our classrooms today can grow into extraordinary achievements tomorrow.
On March 30, 2026, he returns to the very school that once nurtured his dreamsโnot only as a successful professional, but as an inspiring example for our learners. His story promises to encourage our completers and graduates to believe that with determination, humility, and education, their own dreams too can take flight.
