"Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher." — Japanese proverb.

At DepEd Tayo Victory ES 101369, nestled in a bustling corner of the city, there was a classroom where good manners weren't just taught; they were lived. This was the domain of Mam Bingsario Caasi, a woman whose name was synonymous with kindness, respect, and unwavering dedication to her students.
Mam Bingsario, or "Mam Bing" as her students affectionately called her, understood that education was more than just academics. She believed that nurturing good character was just as important as mastering reading, writing, and arithmetic. That's why she approached GMRC (Good Manners and Right Conduct) with a passion that was both inspiring and contagious.
Her classroom wasn't just a place of learning; it was a microcosm of a caring community. Every morning, Mam Bing greeted each student with a warm smile and a personal word of encouragement. She made sure that every child felt valued, respected, and safe.
But Mam Bing's approach to GMRC went beyond simple greetings and polite gestures. She used creative storytelling, interactive games, and real-life scenarios to teach her students about empathy, responsibility, and the importance of making ethical choices.

Excellence is NOT an ACT, it is a habit - Aristotle.

The Grade 2 learners from DepEd Tayo Victory ES 101369 enjoyed their Monday activities. In the heart of Victory Elementary, there was a classroom where imagination bloomed, numbers danced, and stories came alive. This was Teacher Margie Belamino's second-grade haven, a place where every child felt seen, heard, and celebrated. Margie wasn't just a teacher; she was a weaver of wonder, a cultivator of curiosity, and a champion of every child's unique potential.
From the moment the school bell rang, Margie's classroom buzzed with an energy that was both infectious and calming. She had a knack for turning ordinary lessons into extraordinary adventures. Math wasn't just about numbers; it was about solving mysteries and building fantastical structures. Reading wasn't just about words; it was about traveling to faraway lands and meeting unforgettable characters.
One of Teacher Margie's greatest strengths was her ability to connect with each child on a personal level. She took the time to understand their individual learning styles, their passions, and their struggles.
But it wasn't just about individual attention; Teacher Margie also fostered a sense of community within her classroom. She encouraged collaboration, empathy, and kindness. Her pupils learned to support one another, celebrate each other's successes, and offer a helping hand when needed.

Every journey begins with a single step. - Lao Tzu
The transition from senior high school to elementary will never be an obstacle to a teacher whose passion to teach is great. The young minds of the learners keep inspiring the newest member of the DepEd Tayo Victory ES 101369 family, Teacher Jeremie C. Edradan.

In a heartwarming turn of events, Teacher Jeremie, a beloved TLE in Senior High School, is proving that passion and dedication know no grade-level boundaries. Shaping young minds at the elementary level, Teacher Jeremie has made a remarkable transition from teaching high school, bringing with her a unique blend of patience, creativity, and unwavering enthusiasm.

She quickly became known for her innovative teaching methods, using games, songs, and hands-on activities to make learning fun and accessible. "I always believed that every child has the potential to excel," Teacher Jeremie shared. "My goal was to create a learning environment where they felt safe, supported, and excited to discover new things."

Despite her success at the High School level, Teacher Jeremie felt a growing desire to challenge herself and expand her impact. "I wanted to see my pupils through the years, to help them navigate the complexities of higher-level learning and prepare them for high school and beyond," she explained.

"The biggest difference is definitely the level of independence and critical thinking required," Teacher Jeremie noted. "But the core principles of teaching remain the same: building relationships, fostering a love of learning, and believing in your learners."
