LITTLE GUARDIANS OF SAFETY AND RESILIENCE

Safety begins when we learn to see, identify, and act. On July 23, 24, and 27, 2026, the SELG Officers and Members of Cabuyao Elementary School, with the guidance of their Adviser and DRRM Coordinator, took part in LED Watching and Hazard Mapping—observing school surroundings, identifying possible hazards, and learning how to respond before danger strikes. Through their eyes, our young learners become more aware.

Through hazard mapping, risks become easier to recognize. Through teamwork, a safer and more resilient school community grows. Because safety is everyone’s responsibility—and resilience starts with a child who knows what to do.

Celebrating Three Years of Dedicated Leadership and Meaningful Service

Warmest congratulations to Charito Valdez Bustria, School Head of Cabuyao Elementary School, on the celebration of her Third Year Anniversary of Leadership and Service.

Three years of stewardship have left a distinctive mark on the school—defined by vision, professional excellence, institutional growth, and a steadfast commitment to the welfare of learners and the development of the school community.

Among the notable milestones during her tenure is the organization of the school’s first Alumni Association, forging stronger ties with its graduates and expanding the school’s network of partners and stakeholders. Her leadership has likewise nurtured the professional advancement of teachers, highlighted by the promotion of one Master Teacher, six Teacher VI, and other teaching personnel—a testament to a culture that recognizes competence, encourages growth, and creates opportunities for excellence.

Ma'am Bustria's administration has also championed the continuous improvement of school facilities, learning spaces, and resources, ensuring that the physical environment keeps pace with the demands of curriculum implementation and the evolving needs of learners.

Beyond these tangible accomplishments are the less visible yet equally significant contributions: strengthened partnerships, empowered personnel, improved systems, meaningful innovations, and a renewed sense of collective purpose.

Three years may be measured in calendars, but leadership is measured by the people empowered, institutions strengthened, and lasting improvements set in motion.

We say goodbye to you our dear Ma’am Shee not because we are losing a colleague, but because you are embarking on a new journey where you truly belong—your home-based school. While we will surely miss your presence, your kindness, dedication, and friendship will always remain in our hearts.
Thank you for the laughter, the support, and the memories we have shared. Your passion for teaching and your positive spirit have inspired us in so many ways.

National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) successfully conducted today at Cabuyao Elementary School with the active participation of learners, teachers, and parents. The "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure was practiced inside classrooms, followed by an orderly evacuation to the designated area upon signal. The drill also included a parent-child reunification activity, where parents signed a reunification form before fetching their children. Together, we build a culture of preparedness and safety.

The First General SPTA Assembly for School Year 2026–2027 was facilitated on June 11, 2026 bringing together parents, teachers, and school stakeholders to discuss important school programs, policies, and plans for the academic year. The activity provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and promote shared responsibility in supporting learners' academic success and well-being. The school extends its sincere appreciation to all participants for their active involvement, cooperation, and commitment to fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to PNP Bolinao for their presence as they provided parents with updates and reminders on public safety, security and community awareness.

June 8, 2026- The first Flag Raising Ceremony for School Year 2026–2027 was successfully conducted, marking the official opening of another academic year with the special participation of the barangay councils, barangay tanod, BHWs and senior citizens . Teachers, learners, parents, and other stakeholders gathered to participate in the ceremony, demonstrating their commitment to quality education and school development.
Such efforts of our community leaders made an impressive impact to the school and concluded a renewed sense of enthusiasm, unity, and dedication among all members of the school community.CES appreciates your assurance of support and guidance as we embark on another productive and meaningful school year.

Brigada Eskwela 2026 was successfully conducted on June 2-5 , 2026 through the voluntary efforts and generous support of our stakeholders, parents, teachers, learners, volunteers, and community partners.

This year’s theme “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman” emphasizes strong partnerships among schools, parents, stakeholders, and communities.Their valuable contributions of time, skills, and resources helped prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for the opening of classes.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and demonstrated the true spirit of bayanihan in support of quality education.
