As of 8:00 AM today, 25 August 2026, Typhoon "SAUDEL" (formerly "OBET") is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Also, Tropical Depression "ATSANI" (formerly LPA 08h) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

Meanwhile, LPA 08f (formerly NENENG/GAENARI) has already dissipated.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Batay sa weather forecast ng DOST-PAGASA, inaasahang makararanas ng maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at thunderstorms sa ating lugar.
Dahil maaaring magkakaiba ang kondisyon ng panahon sa bawat lugar, maaaring magsuspinde ng klase at trabaho ang mga School Head kung walang ipinatutupad na automatic suspension o deklarasyon mula sa LGU, alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024.
Maaari itong ipatupad sa mga sitwasyon ng malakas na pag-ulan, panganib ng pagguho ng lupa o storm surge, pagbaha sa loob o paligid ng paaralan, at iba pang naaangkop na kalagayan.
Hinihikayat ang mga School Head na isaalang-alang ang kasalukuyang lagay ng panahon at kondisyon sa kanilang lugar sa pagpapasya hinggil sa suspensyon ng klase at trabaho, habang tinitiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at personnel at pagpapatuloy ng pagkatuto.

At 1:20 PM today (24 August 2026), Typhoon {SAUDEL} has entered the PAR and was assigned the domestic name OBET. Tropical Cyclone Bulletin will be issued starting at 5:00 PM today.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
