We would like to formally address the incident that occurred during the announcement of results last night. Due to an error in the tabulation and validation of the final listing, an incorrect placement was initially announced.

We, the council sincerely apologize for the troubles and confusion this has caused to the candidates and their families. We would like to emphasize that all candidates gave their best, and this situation does not diminish their efforts and performance.

The results have since been carefully reviewed and corrected based on the official and validated tally.

We are sorry for the oversight and assure the public that measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future.
