Ika-77 Anibersaryo ng Pagkakatatag ng Bayan ng Bombon

Ngayong Agosto 13, 2026, buong pagmamalaking ipinagdiriwang ng Bayan ng Bombon ang ika-77 Anibersaryo ng Pagkakatatag nito—isang makabuluhang pagdiriwang na nagbibigay-pugay sa ating pinagsasaluhang kasaysayan, kultura, pagkakakilanlan, at sa mga taong patuloy na humuhubog sa ating minamahal na bayan.

Idinaos sa Bombon People Center ang pagdiriwang na may temang “Sarong Ginikanan, Sarong Banwaan”—isang paalala na sa kabila ng ating mga pagkakaiba, tayo ay nananatiling iisang komunidad, nagkakaisa dahil sa ating pinagmulan, mga pagpapahalaga, at mga pangarap para sa kinabukasan.

Sa loob ng 77 taon, patuloy na umunlad ang Bombon dahil sa dedikasyon, katatagan, at pagtutulungan ng mga mamamayan nito. Mula sa mga naunang henerasyong naglatag ng pundasyon ng ating komunidad hanggang sa kasalukuyang henerasyong nagsisikap para sa mas magandang kinabukasan, bawat Bomboeño ay mahalagang bahagi ng ating kuwento.

Ang anibersaryong ito ay hindi lamang pagdiriwang ng ating nakaraan. Ito rin ay pagkakataon upang tayo ay tumingin sa hinaharap nang may pag-asa at determinasyon—upang mapangalagaan ang ating kultura at pamana, mapalakas ang ating pagkakaisa, suportahan ang ating mga komunidad, at bumuo ng isang bayan kung saan ang bawat Bomboeño ay may pagkakataong umunlad.

Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang ika-77 Anibersaryo na ang ating pinakamalaking lakas ay nagmumula sa pagiging “Sarong Ginikanan, Sarong Banwaan”—iisang pinagmulan, iisang bayan, at iisang kinabukasang ating pinagsasaluhan.
