ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS!

The MinSU–Bongabong Campus Registrar’s Office is pleased to announce the Certificate of Registration (COR) Distribution Schedule for all continuing students from 2nd to 4th year for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027.

Distribution Schedule:
August 18 – BSEd, BEEd, and BS Entrepreneurship
August 19 – BSTourism Management, BSHM, and BS Fisheries
August 20 – BSCrim, AB Political Science, BSIT, and BS Computer Engineering

Please be informed that today, August 14, 2026, is the LAST DAY for Adding, Changing, and Cancelling of Subjects for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027.

Students are advised to check their Student Portal and verify the following:

✅ Subjects currently listed in the portal
✅ Correct subject sections
✅ Correct assigned adviser

For any concerns or discrepancies regarding your enrollment, please proceed to the Registrar’s Office within the day for assistance.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 123 dated 09 August 2026 and in view of the anticipated continued rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon, all three (3) campuses of the Mindoro State University (MinSU) shall temporarily shift to 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦-𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 (𝐖𝐅𝐇) 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲. All classes shall likewise shift to 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.
However, personnel whose functions are of vital services including security services, plant and animal projects in-charge, the Crisis Management, Safety, and Resilience Office, the General Services Unit and the Project Development Office shall continue with their operations onsite and render the necessary services, subject to the strict observance of precautions and safety protocols.

The Commission on Higher Education- MIMAROPA proudly congratulates the region’s State Universities for their performance in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings, a global ranking that measures universities’ contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through teaching, research, stewardship, and community engagement.

This year, Mindoro State University (MinSU) significantly improved its standing from the 1001–1500 band in 2025 to the 801–1000 band in 2026, emerging as the highest-ranked institution from MIMAROPA. Occidental Mindoro State University (OMSU), Romblon State University (RSU), and Western Philippines University (WPU) also demonstrated notable progress, moving from the 1501+ band in 2025 to the 1001–1500 band in 2026. Meanwhile, Palawan State University (PalawanSU) made its debut in the rankings as a new participant in the 1001–1500 band, while Marinduque State University (MarSU) maintained its presence in the rankings, sustaining its position in the 1501+ band.

These achievements reflect the unwavering commitment of MIMAROPA HEIs to sustainability, innovation, and inclusive development, further strengthening the region’s contribution to global efforts toward achieving the SDGs.

A stronger commitment to sustainability initiatives has propelled Mindoro State University (MinSU) to a higher standing in the global academic arena, following the release of the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2026.

MinSU secured a place in the 801–1000 band out of 1,603 universities worldwide under the Overall Sustainability Impact Rankings, marking a notable rise from its previous position in the 1001–1500 bracket. The latest results reflect the university’s growing commitment to embedding the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its teaching, research, and community engagement efforts.

With its performance in the 2026 THE Impact Ratings, MinSU also emerged as the top-ranked higher education institution in the MIMAROPA Region, based on data from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) MIMAROPA.

Enrollment for the Special Term A.Y. 2025–2026 will be conducted 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

1. Log in to your student portal at https://mbc.enrollment.minsu.edu.ph using your username (email) and password.
Make sure your email, contact number, and address are all correct.

2. Update all required data - personal and educational information.

3. Be sure to review all information carefully before submitting your registration.

A few reminders:
✅Don’t forget to submit your clearance form for the Second Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 to the Registrar’s Office.
✅ Only students who meet the retention policy requirements can enroll this term.
✅ After enrollment, please verify your enrolled courses in the student portal. Hard copies of your Certificate of Registration (COR) will be distributed on the first day of classes. Make sure to keep it as proof of your enrollment.

Hindi pp hawak ng MinSU Registrar's Office ang application, resulta ng entrance examination at schedule ng interview sa bawat Program.
