Ngayong 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, ating ginugunita at binibigyang-pugay ang mga Pilipinong nag-alay ng kanilang buhay at paglilingkod para sa kalayaan at kinabukasan ng ating bayan.

Nawa’y patuloy nating bigyang-buhay ang kanilang kabayanihan sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng kabutihan at paglilingkod sa kapwa sa sarili nating munting paraan.

Ngayong darating na 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀) ay paggunita sa 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, isang regular holiday sa buong bansa alinsunod sa 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟲.

𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟴

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
