Sa mga minamahal naming mamamayan ng Oriental Mindoro, narito po ang proposed Schedule of Fair Market Value (SFMV) na gagamitin sa napipintong General Revision of Assessment (GRA) ng lahat ng real properties sa buong lalawigan.
Ang lahat ng nilalaman ng proposal ay sang ayon sa itinakda ng Republic Act. No. 12001 o ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) na isinabatas noong 2024.
Ang pisikal na kopya ng proposal na ito ay ilalathala sa lahat ng pangunahing lugar sa lahat ng munisipyo sa buong lalawigan.
