π’ CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | ASEAN YOUTH CREATIVE MEETING
Through the National Youth Commission of the Philippines and in conjunction with the ASEAN Secretariat, the ASEAN Education, Youth and Sports Division will be organizing ASEAN Youth Creative Meeting (AYCM) 2025, which will be held on November 23-26, 2025, at Padang-Bukittinggi, Indonesia.
The event will be convened under the theme βCreative Synergy for a Resilient ASEAN: Designing Purposeful Futureβ that highlights the importance of strengthening friendship, exchanging ideas, and fostering concrete collaboration among ASEAN youth and Indonesian youth, particularly those from West Sumatra, in the fields of social development, culture, environment, and creative economy-based entrepreneurship. As well as facilitating the exchange of ideas and the co-creation of youth-led initiatives and project proposals that contribute directly to the SDGs.

Qualifications of Youth Delegates:
β’ Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines;
β’ Single, 18-30 years old;
β’ Open to Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) members who have the following qualifications: young leader from a non-governmental organization, young leader from the corporate sector, student leader who advocates Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
β’ Has a good command of written and spoken English;
β’ Has a valid passport β the validity of which is at least 7 months after the duration of the program;
β’ Vaccinated with anti-COVID vaccine with 1 booster shot; and
β’ Must be able to attend & participate during the pre-departure orientation and program proper.
π Requirements:
1. Fill up the NYC International Programsβ Online Application Form β¦ https://bit.ly/NYCInternationalProgramsAF2025 β© via Google Form completely and accurately (avoid duplicate applications).
2. Scanned copy of PSA-issued birth certificate (upload via Google Form).
3. Scanned copy of passport valid until May 19, 2026 (upload via Google Form).
4. Certified true copy of latest YORP/or any youth organization membership (upload via Google Form).
5. Certification from organization/school/employer related to the field of education and peacebuilding.
6. Updated Curriculum Vitae (upload via Google Form).
7. Scanned copy of anti-COVID vaccine certificate/ card.
Reminder: All application requirements should be in a merged PDF file before uploading to the Google online application form.
π Expenses:
β’ The organizer will be providing a round-trip air ticket from Manila- Padang-Bukittinggi, Indonesia (and vice versa), hotel accommodation, meals during the program, and domestic transportation for one delegate.
β’ Delegate/s will have to bear personal expenses, such as travel insurance, incidentals during hotel stay, and mobile data charges.
β’ Delegate/s will shoulder their travel expenses from their residence (province) to NAIA and back, as well as their accommodation in Quezon City for the pre-departure orientation at the NYC Central Office in Quezon City.
β The following are automatically disqualified:
β’ Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs, from November 23, 2023, up to the present, whose airfare, accommodation, and meals were paid for by the organizer;
β’ Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs from November 26, 2024, up to the present, whose airfare was shouldered by the participants and whose accommodation and meals were paid for by the organizer;
β’ Previous NYC International Programs Beneficiaries who have not submitted or completed the required post-program obligations and volunteer work hours
β’ Incomplete requirements; follow-up requirements will not be entertained once the deadline has passed.
