2026 PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST

BREAK A SWEAT || The Mountain Province District Jail Personnel led by JCINSP JOHN S MELECIO, Acting Jail Warden, recently conducted the 2026 Annual Physical Ability Test at the MPDJ grounds.

The personnel performed the following set of exercises :

💪Push-ups
💪Planking
🧗‍♂️Mountain Climbers
🙌Jumping Jacks
🏃‍♀️‍➡️2.4 Km Run

The test aims to evaluate physical fitness, improve the body's stamina and adaptability and promote a healthier lifestyle.
