Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo (KKDAT) is a nationwide
movement to empower the Youth and making them informed,
responsive and productive partners of the Government in championing
sustainable PEACE and DEVELOPMENT. KKDAT was established to
mobilize and organize the Youth sector into a potent force organization
and proactive partner of the
Philippine National Police (Cebu Police Provincial Office).
