Thank you God for granting me the honor to serve my fellow Estehanons. I pray that you’ll continue to use me as your instrument in helping the province of Eastern Samar progress and prosper in peace and unity.

Thank you also to all of you who trust and continue to believe in me. There's still so much more that can be done for Estehanons. May you graciously give your humble servant the privilege to serve you again as your House Representative in the upcoming 2022 polls.

Today, with my team and the people who have been supporting me and to every Estehanon, let us all unite toward our ultimate goal of a progressive Eastern Samar.

Please be advised that filing of applications for the 9 August 2020 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional levels, originally scheduled from 11 May 2020 to 10 June 2020, is SUSPENDED until further notice.

The suspension of application filing is in view of the continued management of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) situation in which the National Capital Region, Region III, Region IV-A, and other select provinces have been placed under extended “Enhanced Community Quarantine” until May 15, 2020, and the rest of the country under “General Community Quarantine.”
