APPLICATION FOR UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
1. Who are required to take the University Entrance Examination?
☑️An incoming first year student
☑️ A transfer student who have not satisfied all academic requirements for the first year in his/her previous college/university
2. The following are the requirements for application for entrance examination:
Incoming first year
☑️1 photocopy of Report card (Form 138) - grades reflected should be at least until the 3rd grading period)
☑️ 2 pcs passport size ID picture
☑️ 1 original copy of Certificate of Good Moral
Transfer student
☑️ 1 photocopy of Transcript of Records/Informative Copy of Grades
☑️ 2 pcs passport size ID picture
☑️ 1 original copy of Certificate of Good Moral/Honorable Dismissal
3. Submission of requirements is in person and by appointment basis. You may message 0951 484 3389 to set for an appointment. Your text message should contain the following information:
☑️ Purpose (ex. application for entrance examination schedule)
☑️ Complete name
☑️ Home Address
☑️ Current School
A confirmation message indicating your schedule will be sent to you. Please observe office hours in contacting the office number for setting of appointment and other inquiries. You may start setting for an appointment today until July 20, 10:00 am. Walk in applicants will be accepted.
4. On your scheduled date of application, submit the required documents together with the Application Form (to be filled-up in the venue) at the Admission office located at 1st floor, ICTC Building, ESSU Main, Brgy. Maypangdan, Borongan City. Bring your own blue ballpen for filling-up forms.
Adherence to Memorandum Order 2021 OPRE No. 977 on the University policy pertaining to the implementation of the NO VACCINATION, NO ON-SITE TRANSACTIONS shall be strictly observed. Vaccination cards as proof of vaccination status and ID (e.g. school ID) as proof of identity shall be inspected at the triage area/ main gate. Negative RTPCR test result taken within two weeks prior to visit should be presented for applicants who are unvaccinated.
5. After evaluating your documents, an Exam Permit will be issued to you indicating your schedule for Entrance Examination and other information that is deemed necessary.

STEP 1: Set for an appointment for application for entrance examination via text message
STEP 2: Submit required documents together with Application Form in person on your scheduled date at ESSU Main campus
STEP 3: Receive your Exam Permit
