🚨🔥 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒: 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐀 𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐒 𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐎𝐆! 🔥🚒

Sa oras ng sunog, ang pagiging kalmado, mabilis na pagkilos, at tamang kaalaman ay mahalaga upang mailigtas ang buhay. Narito ang mga paalalang dapat tandaan kapag may sunog:

🚪 1. LUMIKAS AGAD SA LIGTAS NA LABASAN.
Kapag tumunog ang fire alarm, manatiling kalmado at dumiretso sa pinakamalapit na ligtas na labasan. Huwag mag-panic o mag-aksaya ng oras.

⬇️ 2. MANATILING MABABA KUNG MAY USOK.
Kung may usok, yumuko o gumapang malapit sa sahig upang mabawasan ang paglanghap nito. Takpan ang ilong at bibig ng tela kung mayroon, ngunit huwag umasa rito bilang proteksiyon laban sa nakalalasong usok.

🪜 3. GUMAMIT NG HAGDAN, HUWAG NG ELEVATOR.
Sa oras ng sunog, gamitin ang hagdan at mga itinalagang emergency exit. Huwag gumamit ng elevator.

🚪 4. SURIIN ANG PINTO BAGO BUKSAN.
Kung pinaghihinalaang may sunog sa kabilang panig, damhin nang maingat ang pinto gamit ang likod ng kamay. Kapag mainit ito o may usok na lumalabas sa mga siwang, huwag itong buksan. Humanap ng ibang ligtas na ruta.

🚨 5. UNAHIN ANG BUHAY AT KALIGTASAN.
Huwag bumalik sa nasusunog na gusali para kumuha ng gamit. Kung hindi makalabas, pumunta sa lugar na malayo sa usok, isara ang pinto kung ligtas gawin, at tumawag sa 911 upang ipaalam ang iyong kinaroroonan.

📢 TANDAAN: Ang tamang kaalaman sa paglikas ay maaaring makapagligtas ng buhay. Magplano, magsanay, at laging maging handa!

Spearheaded by 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐌 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal - Zambales, and with the guidance of 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟑 𝐋𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐝 𝐂 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, Personnel of this station conducted skills enhancement on Operations Division in preparation for Oplan Kaluluwa 2026, aimed at strengthening operational readiness, enhancing emergency response capabilities, and ensuring effective coordination during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

This activity reinforces the commitment of the Bureau of Fire Protection to ensuring public safety, fire prevention, and prompt emergency response, especially in cemeteries, memorial parks, and other areas with expected large gatherings.

The activity highlighted the beauty of indigenous customs, traditional attire, and cultural identity, promoting unity, respect, and appreciation for the diversity that makes our nation unique.

🕯️ UNDAS 2026: FIRE SAFETY TIPS! 🕯️

Ngayong Undas, sama-sama nating alalahanin ang ating mga mahal sa buhay na pumanaw habang pinananatili ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa.

Ang Botolan Fire Station ay nagpapaalala sa publiko na sundin ang mga sumusunod na paalala:

🔥 Patayin ang mga kandila bago umalis sa bahay o matulog.
🪦 Panatilihing malinis ang mga sementeryo at iwasan ang pagsusunog ng basura kung saan-saan.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bantayan ang mga bata at wag hayaang maglaro ng kandila
🚒 Sa oras ng sunog o iba pang emergency, tumawag agad sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad.

Ngayong Undas, alalahanin natin na ang paggunita ay mas makabuluhan kung ito ay ligtas at mapayapa.

Maging mapagmatyag, responsable, at laging unahin ang kaligtasan!

Alam mo ba kung paano gamitin nang tama ang fire extinguisher? Tandaan ang PASS Technique upang malaman ang apat na pangunahing hakbang sa paggamit nito.

🅿️ P – PULL (Hilahin)
Hilahin ang safety pin ng fire extinguisher upang maalis ang lock.

🎯 A – AIM (Itutok)
Itutok ang nozzle sa pinagmumulan ng apoy o paanan ng apoy, hindi sa mismong usok o sa itaas ng apoy.

✊ S – SQUEEZE (Pisilin)
Pisilin ang hawakan upang mailabas ang pamatay-sunog.

↔️ S – SWEEP (Igalaw)
Igalaw ang nozzle mula kaliwa pakanan at pakanan pakaliwa sa paanan ng apoy hanggang sa mamatay ito.

🚨 MAHALAGANG PAALALA:
✅ Gumamit lamang ng angkop na fire extinguisher para sa uri ng sunog.
✅ Tiyaking may ligtas na daan palabas sa iyong likuran.
✅ Huwag subukang apulahin ang malaking apoy o sunog na mabilis kumalat.
✅ Kung hindi makontrol ang apoy, lumikas agad at tumawag sa 911 o sa pinakamalapit na himpilan ng BFP.
