CALLING THE ATTENTION OF ALL HONOR STUDENTS! ✨🎓

The Barangay Tastasan, Buenavista, Guimaras is pleased to announce the call for submission of requirements for the recognition of outstanding students.

🏅 QUALIFIED RECIPIENTS:
🥇 Grade 6 Honor Students
🥇 Grade 10 Honor Students
🥇 Grade 12 Honor Students
🥇 Latin Honor Recipients

📌 QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be bona fide residents of Barangay Tastasan, Buenavista, Guimaras.

📋 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. Proof of Residence
• Colored photocopy of any of the following:
▪️ Barangay ID
▪️ National ID
▪️ School ID
The ID must clearly indicate the applicant’s address.
2. Proof of Distinction
• Colored photocopy of a Certificate of Recognition or other official document certifying the honor received.
3. For Latin Honor Recipients
• Certificate or official proof indicating the Latin Honor received.

📅 SUBMISSION PERIOD:
