The recent shooting incident in a school in Tacloban City and another stabbing incident in General Trias, Cavite, are a sobering warning that unaddressed bullying can spiral into irreversible acts of violence. We have crafted a locally-rooted response to protect students within the municipality and to provide early intervention before things escalate.

Our children deserve to go to school without fear. They deserve to learn, to play, to dream - safely.
