𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗡: Tinanggap ni Luis Velo Rosas ang halagang ₱138,000.00 mula sa Pag-abot Program ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), sa harapan nina Mayor Victor R. Condez, MSWDO Ladylove B. Requintina at representante ng DSWD RO6 ngayong araw, Hunyo 25.

Si Rosas ay tubong Ilaures na nalipagsapalaran sa Maynila. Hindi man pinalad sa buhay, pero dahil sa Pag-abot Program (dating tinatawag na Oplan Pag-Abot) ay nabigyan ng pagkakataon na maiahon sa kahirapan nang mabigyan ng tulong pinansyal na ginamit pambili ng bagong motorcycle para sa tricycle na gagamitin sa pamamasada.

Ang natitirang pera ay gagamitin niya umano para maipaayos ang kanilang tirahan.

𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇: Celebration of 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲, as part of the Philippine Environment Month Celebration and the launch of Luntiang Bukas, through a tree-growing activity of native and fruit-bearing trees and 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧 at Sitio Babangan, Pangalcagan today, June 25.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Spearheaded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, by virtue of Proclamation No. 643, s.2004, and in coordination with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), the Municipality of Bugasong joins the nation in celebrating Philippine Arbor Day, as part of the Philippine Environment Month Celebration and the launch of Luntiang Bukas, through a tree-growing activity of native and fruit-bearing trees at Sitio Babangan, Pangalcagan, today, June 25.

In the same vein, this event also mirrors the municipal government’s support to the Antique Provincial Government’s celebration of Pista ng Kagubatan Day on June 26 at Brgy. Sinundolan, San Remigio, pursuant to Provincial Ordinance No. 2015-2019.

In his message, Municipal Mayor Victor R. Condez thanked the attendees for sparing their time in promoting environmental stewardship, climate resilience, and community participation through this activity as one Bugasong.

Likewise, CENRO Belison personnel, namely Mark John V. Vegafria and Ralph Panaligan conducted a short briefing on the proper handling of seedlings before planting.

Present were Jennifer Rose A. Tatoy, MENRO/ERGGO-OIC and municipal employees, personnel from PNP and PCG Bugasong, Pangalcagan Barangay Council headed by Hon. Hernanie P. Moreno, and students from Pangalcagan National High School (PNHS) headed by Ma. Agnes L. Solis, Head Teacher III.
