Ang bakuna ay LIBRE, LIGTAS, at MAHALAGA para sa proteksyon ng ating mga anak laban sa tigdas at rubella.

PREPARE YOUR EMERGENCY GO BAG WITH FIRST AID KIT

During the rainy season, it is important to always have a First Aid Kit at home and in your Emergency Go Bag.

Make sure your First Aid Kit contains the following:
✅ Alcohol
✅ Adhesive bandages (for wounds)
✅ Elastic bandage (for sprains)
✅ Povidone-Iodine
✅ Ointment for wounds
✅ Medical tape
✅ Small scissors
✅ Face mask
✅ Disposable gloves

Reminder: Always check the expiration date of medications and replace used items.

Sa panahon ng pag-ulan mahalagang laging may handang First Aid Kit sa tahanan at sa inyong Emergency Go Bag.

Tiyaking nasa inyong First Aid Kit ang sumusunod:

How to protect yourself and your family from soil-transmitted helminth (STH) infections? Remember the W.O.R.M.S.:

W – Wash hands
O – Observe proper use of toilet
R – Reduce exposure to unwashed, uncooked, and undercooked foods
M – Mass deworming or deworming
S – Slippers/Shoes
