The PNP CLAIMS INQUIRY SYSTEM (PNP-CIS) is a customer care call center under the Directorate for Comptrollership established to aid the PNP in providing more efficient, effective, and excellent service to both active and retired PNP personnel on queries relative to pay and allowances as well as retirement benefits.

An estimated P1.4-million worth of ma*****na plants were extracted in several areas in Davao Del Sur.

Past 4 a.m. on August 20, Special Operations Unit 11, PNP DEG, together with Kiblawan Municipal Police Station, 2nd Davao del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company and 1104th Regional Mobile Force Battalion 11 conducted the operation in barangay Kimlawis.

Some 5,000 fully grown ma*****na plants worth P1 million were destroyed.

An hour later, another operation took place in a nearby sitio where P400,000.00 worth of Ma*****na plants were uprooted.
“The proximity between the two areas raises the possibility that the same cultivator or group of cultivators could be behind these clandestine farms. Our personnel are working doubly hard to intensify our operations,” PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said.
