A Fire Safety reminder from BFP R5 Buhi Fire Station headed by Acting Municipal Fire Marshal 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐘 𝐋𝐄𝐄 𝐉𝐑.

25 August 2026 | Lecture on the Trilateral Enforcement of the Fire Code of the Philippines

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Provincial Fire Marshal of Camarines Sur, the personnel of BFP R5 Buhi Fire Station- , headed by FINSP JOSE Y LEE JR., Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a lecture to the UNEP Criminology Intern students on the Trilateral Enforcement of the Fire Code of the Philippines, with emphasis on the Classification of Hazard of Contents.

The activity aims to strengthen the students’ knowledge and awareness of fire safety, fire prevention, and the proper implementation of the Fire Code of the Philippines.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Provincial Fire Marshal of Camarines Sur, the personnel of BFP R5 Buhi Fire Station, headed by FINSP JOSE Y LEE JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a Courtesy Call to Sangguniang Bayan of Buhi.

The activity strengthened the partnership and coordination between the BFP and the Local Government Unit of Buhi, particularly in advancing fire safety and emergency response capabilities.

During the courtesy call, the Resolution Requesting the Replacement of the 28-Year-Old Fire Truck assigned to Buhi Fire Station was also discussed. The request aims to provide the station with a more reliable and capable fire apparatus to ensure faster, safer, and more effective response to fire and other emergencies in the municipality.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Provincial Fire Marshal of Camarines Sur, the personnel of BFP R5 Buhi Fire Station, headed by FINSP JOSE Y LEE JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the Pagsungko ng Inang Peñafrancia and Divino Rostro.

As a gesture of love, faith, and devotion, Buhi Fire Station personnel prepared yellow and white flaglets and joyfully waved them as a warm welcome to the Inang Peñafrancia and Divino Rostro.

A meaningful moment of faith, unity, devotion, and service for the people of Buhi.
