#𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗶𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 | 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — In a night where beauty came with confidence, purpose and proven pageant credentials, 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗶𝘄𝗶, 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝘆 emerged as the new 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘆𝗮 𝗻𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 during the 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬.
Cillan bested 15 other candidates in the much-anticipated Mutya nin Bâgong Santa Clara 2026 All-Star Edition, a pageant that 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻.
For her winning performance, Cillan took home the coveted crown and 𝗣𝟮𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 in cash.

The competition was particularly challenging because the 16 candidates were not newcomers to the pageant stage. Most had already earned crowns or distinctions in their respective municipalities, cities, festivals or beauty competitions.
𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝘂𝗱𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗼, who also served as chairman of the Board of Judges, acknowledged the difficulty of selecting the winners, saying the judges found it extremely challenging to choose among the accomplished candidates.
Pesimo said the All-Star Edition was designed to raise the bar for barangay pageantry by bringing together an elite roster of reigning and former titleholders from across Bicol.
Rather than a traditional competition for aspiring beauty queens, the event became a “𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀”—a showcase of women who had already proven themselves on the pageant stage and were now being challenged to compete at an even higher level.
Beyond beauty and glamour, the pageant highlighted the candidates’ talent, leadership, personality and advocacy, underscoring the evolving role of local pageants as platforms for confidence, community representation and empowerment.
The Mutya nin Bâgong Santa Clara 2026 All-Star Edition was presented by the 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗕â𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮, Buhi, Camarines Sur, headed by Punong Barangay Rudyard Pesimo, in cooperation with 𝗝𝗧 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 . The coronation night was hosted by 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼.
The elegant pageant served as the highlight of the Bagong Santa Clara barangay fiesta, which continues today, August 11.
For Cillan, however, the crown represents more than a title. It marks the beginning of another opportunity to represent her community and the Bicol Region—and to prove that in the world of pageantry, a queen’s greatest asset may be what she carries beyond the crown.
