𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗖-𝟭𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗥𝗢-𝟭𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝟮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝟭𝟮% 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY | The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC)-10, presided by Camiguin Governor Atty. Xavier Jesus D. Romualdo, has adopted a resolution commending the Philippine National Police Regional Office 10 (PRO-10) under the leadership of Police Regional Director PBGen Christopher N. Abrahano for its outstanding performance during the 2nd Quarter of CY 2026.
The commendation was approved through a motion by Misamis Occidental Governor Atty. Henry S. Oaminal, Sr., recognizing PRO-10’s significant accomplishments in crime prevention, law enforcement, and public safety across Northern Mindanao.
Based on the report presented before the council, PRO-10 recorded a 12 percent decrease in the incidence of the eight ( 8 ) focus crimes, demonstrating the effectiveness of its intensified anti-criminality operations and community-based policing initiatives. The police regional office likewise achieved an impressive 87 percent Crime Solution Efficiency Rate, significantly surpassing the 79 percent national target, reflecting its commitment to ensuring that criminal cases are promptly and effectively resolved.
Further underscoring the public’s confidence in the police force, PRO-10 garnered an 87.40 percent Net Satisfaction Rating in an independent third-party survey conducted by the University of Science and Technology of the Philippines (USTP). The result highlights the growing trust and positive perception of communities toward the services and programs being implemented by the region’s police organization.
The RPOC-10 expressed its confidence that PRO-10 will sustain its momentum and further strengthen its initiatives in crime prevention, law enforcement, and community engagement. The council reaffirmed its support for programs and strategies that promote public safety, uphold the rule of law, and foster an environment where communities can thrive in peace and security.
