Today, our parish community gathered in faith and thanksgiving to celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, honoring the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

DAY 2- Brgy. Bagumbayan, Bula, Camarines Sur

Faith and devotion filled the hearts of the faithful as the second day of the Pagsungko ni Sta. Maria Magdalena was held at Brgy. Bagumbayan, Bula, Cam. Sur

The celebration commenced with a solemn procession in honor of our beloved patroness, followed by the Holy Mass where the community gathered as one in prayer and thanksgiving. A meaningful sharing on the life and mission of Sta. Maria Magdalena, as well as the rich history and journey of the parish, was also facilitated by the Kapatiran ng mga Alagad ni Sta. Maria Magdalena, inspiring the faithful to deepen their faith and commitment to Christian discipleship.

May the witness of Sta. Maria Magdalena continue to lead us closer to Christ and strengthen our parish community as we journey toward the celebration of our Parish Fiesta.

IN PHOTOS | Regular Monthly Mass at the Catholic Cemetery

On the First Saturday of the month, the faithful gathered at the Bula Catholic Cemetery for the celebration of the Holy Mass, offered in a special way for our beloved departed. Following the Eucharistic Celebration, the blessing of tombs was conducted, providing an opportunity for families to pray for and honor the memory of their loved ones who have gone before us in faith.

Another significant devotion held during the gathering was the Daily Devotion to Our Lady of Peñafrancia, highlighted by the traditional Pagmanto, a cherished expression of Marian love and reverence. Through the maternal intercession of Ina, may we continue to grow in faith, hope, and trust in God's mercy.

May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Today, June 5, 2026, marks the joyful beginning of the *Pagsungko* of the image of **St. Mary Magdalene** in the different barangays of our parish as part of the spiritual preparation for the forthcoming Parish Fiesta Celebration.

This meaningful journey was spearheaded by KASAMA (Kapatiran ng mga Alagad ni Sta. Maria Magdalena), bringing the patroness closer to the faithful through prayer, devotion, and community fellowship. The celebration featured the traditional Caracol Dance, a vibrant expression of faith that highlighted the life and witness of St. Mary Magdalene, as well as the rich history and enduring mission of our parish community.

One of the highlights of the gathering was the celebration of the Holy Mass, where the faithful came together in thanksgiving and prayer, seeking God's blessings through the intercession of St. Mary Magdalene.

May this parish-wide visitation deepen our faith, strengthen our unity as one community, and inspire us to follow the example of St. Mary Magdalene, a faithful disciple and courageous witness to the Risen Christ.
