Attention! All enrolled college students for first semester residing at Sagrada Familia (bonafide residents)

Pls submit 1 photocopy of the following
1. School ID (age and address must appear)
2. Enrolment certificate, COR or Matriculation form (either of the 3)

Place it in a long Brown Envelope and write your name on top left.

Submit to SK Chairperson Allan Tabayar or Brgy Treasurer Ma. Paz Lorenzo at the Brgy Hall of Sagrada Familia.

Requirements: (1 copy each and place in a Long Brown Envelope )
1. Certified true copy of Matriculation Form/ Enrolment Certificate/ Certifiate of Registration. (usad sana dawa ari san 3)
2. School ID (photocopy)
3. Certification of Indigency

Note: Recepient must be officially enrolled during First Semester of A/Y 2022-2023 and the address must be Sagrada Familia, Bula, CamSur that will reflect on the Matriculation Form/ COE/ COR and ID.

Submission of requirements will start on Nov. 21 2022 until Dec. 9, 2022 only 8:00 AM- 12:00 NN @ Child Development Center and look for CDW Karen R. Celino.

She is carrying the banner of Brgy Sagrada Familia as she was the chosen representative of the Brgy for the pageant.

-Mary Denise Alexandre is the eldest daughter of the former Ms. Bula 1998 1st runner up, Mrs. Sheryl Guinoo Nueva. She is now on her 3rd year in college with the degree of AB Foreign Studies at Lyceum of the Philippines University. A model, artist and a Pageant Enthusiast, a real Bulaeña Beauty indeed.
