𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑 5 & 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐋 𝐀𝐓 𝐋𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐈: 𝐀 𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 🤍

𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨,

We, the 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of our recent initiatives, 𝗜𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟱 and 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗜. Through your generosity and compassion, we were able to reach and uplift both families and students in our community.

For IHERAS Year 5, we raised a total of ₱𝟭𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬, which enabled us to prepare and distribute 𝟮𝟳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀, each valued at approximately ₱561.00, to families in selected barangays outside the poblacion. After a collective and thoughtful discussion, the BMYO unanimously agreed to extend this year’s beneficiaries beyond the poblacion—considering that last year’s outreach was focused within it. This decision was guided by our commitment to equity and inclusivity, ensuring that communities in more distant areas also feel seen, supported, and included in the spirit of giving.

As a result, the beneficiaries of IHERAS Year 5 were families from 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 (𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻), 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻.

Alongside this, Papel at Lapis II successfully raised ₱𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬, which allowed us to support 𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹through the distribution of school supplies, food, and simple gifts. This initiative aimed not only to assist with educational needs but also to bring joy and encouragement to the students during the season of giving.

These initiatives reflect the shared vision of the BMYO—to serve with compassion, fairness, and purpose. Because of you, Papel at Lapis II and IHERAS Year 5 became more than a project; it became a reminder of unity, empathy, and bayanihan.

On behalf of the families and students whose burdens were lightened and hearts uplifted, we sincerely thank you for being part of this meaningful cause. May your generosity return to you a hundredfold.

𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒: 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 — 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟓

On 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the spirit of Christmas lived on through a tradition rooted in compassion and continuity. 🎄🤍
For its fifth year, IHERAS: Sharing the Christmas Spirit continued its meaningful practice of Reverse Caroling, turning songs of joy into acts of service.

Funds gathered from earlier caroling activities were carefully used to prepare grocery packages, each one a simple but sincere gesture of care. With warm voices and willing hearts, the youth went from house to house, carrying not just supplies, but hope and solidarity.

In coordination with dedicated SK Officials, households from 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹), 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 were identified and reached. The warmth with which these communities welcomed the initiative reminded everyone that Christmas is most alive when shared.

In total, 𝟮𝟳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 were distributed—each bag a symbol of generosity, unity, and love in action. More than numbers or deliveries, the project reflects a lasting truth: the season’s meaning is found in giving, especially when done sincerely and together.

This is 𝗜𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 at its heart—continuing a tradition that reminds us that our hands are meant not only to hold, but to share, to serve, and to keep the circle of kindness turning.

The Bula Municipal Youth Officials brought the hymns of Christmas to generous homes and individuals last 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭-𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, with the aim of raising funds for the 𝗜𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟱 initiative.

The funds raised were used to purchase grocery supplies, which were distributed to underprevilige households across several barangays within the Municipality of Bula.

We extend our most sincere gratitude to everyone who generously opened their homes and hearts, making this initiative a meaningful success and spreading the true spirit of Christmas.

𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗦, 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠𝗦 ✨

What began as a simple call for kindness turned into a shared act of service. 📚

On December 20, 2025, the Bula Municipal Youth Officials successfully conducted Papel at Lapis – Wave 2.0, as part of their continued commitment to supporting education and advancing youth-led initiatives within the municipality.

The activity focused on the distribution of school supplies to selected beneficiaries, highlighting the importance of collective action in strengthening access to education and addressing the needs of children at the grassroots level.

The success of the program was made possible through the support of various stakeholders, with heartfelt appreciation extended to Macalinao Elementary School under the leadership of Mr. Alex Bongalos, the Sangguniang Kabataan of San Miguel led by Hon. Rjay M. Villarin, and the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO) headed by Engr. Ian Owen Raña for their guidance, cooperation, and support.

This shows that real change begins when hands are willing to give and hearts are ready to serve.
