The Local Government Unit of Bula opens its doors to every Bulaeño and Bulaeña this May 18-22, 2026, as the LGU joins the nationwide observance of the 2026 Open Government Week in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 119 signed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Throughout the week, residents, community organizations, and stakeholders are invited to visit the LGU offices and facilities and participate in activities focused on transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in governance.

What's happening:

- Citizen Engagement & Dialogue - share your concerns, ask questions, and be heard

BULA, CAMARINES SUR - The Local Government Unit of Bula has officially launched the first issue of the Bula Masarig Inkers, its official media team and community newsletter. The debut issue covers verified news stories, government programs, community events, and relevant municipal activities from January to March 2026: a significant step in the LGU’s commitment to genuine transparency and informed civic participation.

The launch responds directly to the need for accessible, credible local information, particularly for residents in far-flung barangays and those with limited access to digital platforms. The publication is available in both print and digital formats to maximize reach across all sectors of the community.

The publication’s mandate centers on free public access to verified information and locally grounded stories. Guided by their editorial policy, the team is committed to accuracy, community-centered framing, and ethical reporting standards.

The newsletter will be published quarterly—one issue per quarter—and will be made freely available to the public at the Municipal Hall and on official digital channels.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Province of CamSur thru Governor Lray Villafuerte for the generous donation of two wheelchairs that are now being used at the Barangay Health Center of Barangay Pawili and Sitio Banasi.

Your support is a great help to our community, especially to those in need of medical assistance and better mobility services.

We would also like to thank Barangay Kagawad Jose Dondon Ase Bufete for his initiative and effort in making this possible for the people of Barangay Pawili and Sitio Banasi.
