Isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa kapayapaan at pagkakaisa ang matagumpay na pag-aayos ng hindi pagkakaunawaan na kinasasangkutan ng Mocsin, Undaki, Panaronsong, at Talib Families.

Sa pamamagitan ng maayos na pag-uusap, pakikinig sa magkabilang panig, at pagkakasundo, naging posible ang mapayapang pagresolba sa alitan. Ipinakita ng nasabing proseso na sa pamamagitan ng dialogue, respeto, at pag-unawa, maaaring maresolba ang mga hindi pagkakaunawaan nang hindi na kailangang lumala ang sitwasyon.

Naging bahagi sa proseso ang LGU Buldon, sa pangunguna nina Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong at Vice Mayor Abolais Aratuc Manalao, bilang suporta sa mga hakbang na nagtataguyod ng peace and order, pagkakaisa, at maayos na ugnayan sa komunidad.

Nagpaabot din ng taos-pusong pasasalamat ang LGU Buldon sa Iranun Development Council (IDC) at MPOS sa kanilang mahalagang suporta, pakikiisa, at pagtulong sa proseso ng mapayapang settlement.

Ang pagkakasundong ito ay nagsisilbing paalala na ang bawat alitan ay maaaring maresolba sa mapayapang paraan kung mayroong bukas na komunikasyon, respeto, pag-unawa, at tunay na hangaring magkaayos.

13 August 2026 | CSS NC II and EPASS NC II Training Culminates at RMFB 14-A Headquarters

The successful completion of the Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II and Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing (EPASS) NC II training programs was formally marked through a graduation ceremony held at the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14-A (RMFB 14-A) Headquarters.

The ceremony brought together the graduates, trainers, government officials, and stakeholders to recognize the participants’ dedication and accomplishments throughout the training programs. The activity also highlighted the importance of technical-vocational education in equipping individuals with practical skills that may contribute to employment and livelihood opportunities.

The CSS NC II training was made possible through the support of Hon. Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong, whose initiative and commitment to skills development provided the participants with an opportunity to acquire competencies in computer systems servicing.

Also contributing to the success of the training and its culminating activity were PLTCOL Nasruddin D Tayuan and Arch. Datu Saracen R Jaafar, whose support and cooperation helped facilitate the conduct of the program.

The completion of the two training programs signifies not only the attainment of national competency qualifications but also the graduates’ perseverance, commitment, and readiness to apply their newly acquired skills in their respective communities and workplaces.

The ceremony concluded with the recognition of the graduates and the acknowledgment of the individuals and institutions whose support contributed to the successful implementation of the programs.

The Local Government Unit of Buldon, under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong, in partnership with the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14-A (RMFB 14-A) under the supervision of PLTCOL Nasruddin D. Tayuan, formally conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing for the construction of a Hanging Footbridge in Sitio Kakar, Barangay Kulimpang, Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte.

The activity was attended by MPS Buldon Chief of Police, Captain Elmar M. Elarcosa, barangay officials, residents, and representatives from the LGU Buldon and RMFB 14-A, demonstrating the collective commitment of all stakeholders to the successful implementation of the project.

The partnership between the LGU Buldon and RMFB 14-A reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable infrastructure development and enhancing the delivery of public services. The Municipality of Buldon, under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia A. The Hanging Footbridge in Sitio Guiling, Barangay Edcor has been successfully completed under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia Aratuc Manalao-Masurong. The project completion was witnessed by Vice Mayor Abolais Aratuc Manalao, barangay officials, and community residents, reflecting the local government's shared commitment to improving public infrastructure and enhancing community welfare.

Municipality of Buldon Strengthens Environmental Governance through Iranun Development Council (IDC) Learning Visit

The Municipality of Buldon, led by Mayor Pahmia Aratuc Manalao-Masurong, participated in the Iranun Development Council (IDC) Learning Visit on Integrated Solid Waste Management and Circular Economy held from 26–30 July 2026 in the Municipality of Del Carmen, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte. Organized by the Institute for Autonomy and Governance (IAG), the activity provided an important venue for local government leaders to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and learn from innovative and sustainable environmental governance practices.

The learning visit underscored the value of collaboration and shared experiences in advancing integrated solid waste management and circular economy initiatives. The insights gained will contribute to the Municipality of Buldon's continuing efforts to promote sound environmental stewardship and responsive local governance for the benefit of its communities.
