March 16-17, 2022.

Updating of Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan cm Assembly of Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer (MENROs). Chief EMS Engr. Amier Ashan Aplal, Chief EMS Engr Abdulmaoti Akmad, Engr. Datusin Dimaraw and Mahid Gayak from the MENRE-BARMM were invited as resource speakers for the 2 day activity. The 1st General Assembly of MENROs was a milestone for the province. The activity was facilitated by the Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management Board TWG Secretariat, under the leadership of Mustapha S. Nur, PGSO/PENRO Designate.

Day 7 of the Agila Convergence Community Program continues in Paglat Municipality.

The Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management conducted Solid Waste Management Information Campaign. RA 9003 or the Solid Waste Management Act was briefly discussed and 3 R's in waste management, "Reuse, Reduce and Recycle was explained in Filipino. Explained and translated into Maguindanaon Dialect by Mr. Sammy Nur, resulting to a fruitful discussion between the participants and the facilitators. The activity ended by awarding a complete set of Colored Recycle Bins to the LGU, recieved by MENRO Sir Rasul Mantawel Sampulna.

Day 6
The Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management headed by Mustapha S. Nur, conducted Solid Waste Management Information Campaign at Datu Saudi Municipality. The participants were informed of the RA 9003 or the Solid Waste Management Act. They were also taught of the 3 R's in waste management, "Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. The activity was concluded on high note, through the turn-over of complete set of Colored Recycle Bins to the LGU and received by MENRO on behalf of the LGU.

Day 5 of the Agila Convergence Community Program.

Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management conducted Solid Waste Management Information Campaign regarding RA 9003 or the Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 and 3 R's in waste management, "Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. Majority of the attendees are women who not only listened to the lecture, but also, participated intensely with the discussion. One woman reiterated that due to Improper Waste Dumping, they had experience garbage-filled flash floods that devastated their town. They feel the importance of Solid Waste Management, that they even requested posters and tarpaulin informing the Importance of Proper Waste Segregation. Present were the MLGU personnel, namely Jazer B. Matalam, Admin Officer V of the Treasury Office/MENRO Designate and Jayhanne Mamogkat
GSO.The activity ended by awarding a complete set of Colored Recycle Bins to the LGU, recieved by MENRO by MPDC Engr. Mendoza.

Day 4
The Agila Convergence Community Program continues as the team headed to Sultan sa Barongis Municipality this time, to bring the services to the people.

As usual, the Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management conducted Solid Waste Management Information Campaign. RA 9003 or the Solid Waste Management Act was briefly discussed and 3 R's in waste management, "Reuse, Reduce and Recycle was explained in Filipino and translated into Maguindanaon Dialect, resulting to an engaging discussion between the participants and the facilitators. Present alsoos the Municipal Engineer and MENRO Designate Engr. Lacson Angas, who later shared the accomplishments of their municipality with regards to Solid Waste Managements. Accomplishments such as Clean up drive program, Sanitary land fill, Massive Information Drive, and their 10 Year Municipal Solid Waste Management Plan submitted and was later defended infront of the Panel of the National Solid Waste Management Commission(NSWC) The activity ended by awarding a complete set of Colored Recycle Bins to the LGU, recieved by MENRO Engr. Lacson Angas.

The participants were taught of the 3 R's in waste management, "Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. The activity ended by awarding a complete set of Colored Recycle Bins to the LGU, received by no less than Mr. Ibn Archie Angas Acting MENRO and Municipal Assessor.
