In preparation for our upcoming ISO Surveillance Audit, the Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Sur successfully conducted the ISO 9001:2015 Consultant's Assessment across various key offices, including the Provincial Tourism Office, Provincial Veterinarian Office, Provincial Assessor's Office, Provincial Agriculturist Office, Provincial General Services Office, and Office of the Bids and Awards Committee.

Through the insightful assessment led by ISO Consultant Mr. Aurelio Ebita, CPA along with Provincial Internal Auditor Ma'am Monera Dimacisil-Ugan, CPA and the internal audit team. Their guidance and meticulous evaluation ensure that our systems remain efficient, transparent, and aligned with international standards.

In line with its commitment to strengthening systems, improving efficiency, and upholding quality management in delivering responsive and reliable public service, the Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Sur conducted a Pre-Audit across various offices through its Internal Quality Auditors (IQAs).

This activity serves as a crucial milestone in evaluating overall organizational readiness for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) assessment. Designed to drive continual improvement and service excellence, the Pre-Audit evaluated operational compliance with ISO standards, identified potential gaps and non-conformities prior to the formal External Audit, and uncovered key Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) to streamline operations and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

By prioritizing this effort, the Provincial Government reaffirms its dedication to transparent, efficient, and constituent focused governance.
