Continuous RSBSA registration and updating are continuously being conducted to ensure that farmers, fisherfolk, and agri-fishery workers are properly profiled and included in the government database.
Through this initiative, beneficiaries will have better access to various agricultural programs, interventions, and support services intended to improve productivity and strengthen food security in the community.
This activity also helps maintain accurate and updated records for effective planning and implementation of programs in the agriculture sector under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture.

“Bayanihan in Action”

— the members of Upper Mansilano Bangsamoro Farmers Producers Cooperative are continuously renovating their fishpond in preparation for the installation of the Solar Power Pump provided by Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform ( MAFAR - Lanao del Sur ) Provincial Office headed by Atty. Khalid D. Ansano through the Fisheries Division led by Al Nizar G. Dimaporo.

This ongoing effort reflects the spirit of bayanihan, unity, and dedication of the community towards sustainable aquaculture development and better livelihood opportunities.

Kudos to the Pagonayan Farmers Agriculture Cooperative and Pagonayan Amai Manabilang BLGU for showing unity, dedication, and teamwork in turning this vision into reality. 🐟⛰️🤝

Today's Activity (May 11, 2026)

📌 The Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Agrarian Reform( MAFAR - Lanao del Sur )headed by Atty. Khalid D. Ansano, in collaboration with BLGU Bagumbayan led by Hon. Salick D. Manabilang, conducted a training seminar for the farmers of Barangay Bagumbayan.

The activity focused on the discussion of various MAFAR programs and initiatives, particularly BINHI, ISDA, and LUPA, including the Food Always In The Home (FAITH) program and the importance of cooperative organization among farmers to strengthen agricultural development and livelihood opportunities in the community.

📌 The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform ( MAFAR - Lanao del Sur )headed by Provincial Director Atty. Khalid D. Ansano, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Municipality of Amai Manabilang led by Hon. Saidamen Leo E. Manabilang, conducted field monitoring on farm areas to assess the current agricultural condition, monitor crop development, and identify the needs of local farmers for appropriate interventions and support programs.

📌 A productive meeting was conducted with the Barangay Chairman of Barangay Bagumbayan together with the farmer leader to discuss the implementation of FAITH (Food Always In The Home) and other priority programs of MAFAR. The discussion focused on strengthening agricultural support, promoting household food security, and identifying opportunities that will benefit the farming community through sustainable livelihood initiatives.
