On September 7, 2026, Personnel of Burgos MPS led by PMAJ ALLAN O REOLIQUIO, Acting Chief of Police joined the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony together with BFP and LGU headed by Hon. Annabelle F Escobar, Municipal mayor.

On September 7, 2026 personnel of Burgos Municipal Police Station, led by PMAJ ALLAN O REOLIQUIO, Acting Chief of Police conducted a scheduled police checkpoint along the Provincial Road of Brgy Poblacion Norte, Burgos Ilocos Sur to implement peace and order and local ordinances for safer cities.
The activity aimed to promote road safety awareness, encourage responsible driving, and prevent traffic-related incidents.
Motorists were courteously reminded to observe traffic rules and regulations, wear appropriate safety gear, avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, and ensure the roadworthiness of their vehicle.
