Selling, offering for sale, or advertising subdivision lots or "𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐒" on Facebook or other online platforms without a valid 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥 (𝐂𝐑𝐋𝐒) issued by DHSUD is 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐰.
Likewise, advertising real estate projects without prior approval of the advertisement materials by DHSUD, and engaging in real estate selling activities without being duly licensed, accredited, or registered as a real estate broker or as a salesperson with PRC and DHSUD, may subject the responsible parties to administrative, civil, and criminal liabilities.
The public is advised to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of any real estate project before making reservations, payments, or investments. Always check whether the project has a valid CRLS and whether the persons marketing or selling the property are duly authorized to do so.
