A productive couple of days for LTO Region III Regional Director 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐃. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠, (𝐑𝐞𝐭.) as he conducts key inspections and collaborative meetings across our offices and stakeholders in Region III!

Mananatiling bukas ang mga tanggapan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ngayong araw, Setyembre 10, 2026, upang patuloy na maihatid ang kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 135, ang mga tanggapan ng LTO ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang regular na operasyon.

Para sa mga may kinakailangang transaksyon, maaari pa ring magtungo sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng LTO. Gayunman, hinihikayat ang publiko na unahin ang kanilang kaligtasan, lalo na sa mga lugar na nakararanas ng malakas na pag-ulan o pagbaha.

Pinapayuhan ang mga kliyente na manatiling updated sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng LTO para sa anumang pagbabago sa operasyon.

This is pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, suspending work in government offices in Bulacan due to the anticipated further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Following a week-long government work suspension caused by inclement weather, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region III personnel gathered at the Regional Office Conference Room this morning for its traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, signaling a focused and energized start to the workweek.
𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐃. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 (𝐑𝐞𝐭.) reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to delivering prompt and dedicated service to the transacting public. He urged all personnel to double down on their efforts in upholding responsive and efficient governance.
Additionally, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐏. 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕𝐈, offered a message of encouragement to personnel slated to take the upcoming promotion examination tomorrow, wishing them the best of luck and urging them to demonstrate competence and integrity throughout their assessments.
