Bulacan State University is pleased to announce that the online application for ATBulSU 2027 starts today, August 25, 2026.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
August 25, 2026 – November 27, 2026 - Online Application
September 1, 2026 – November 28, 2026 – Submission of Hard copy requirements

This applies to the MAIN CAMPUS (Malolos) and ALL EXTERNAL CAMPUSES. The Office Hours are from This applies to the MAIN CAMPUS (Malolos) and ALL EXTERNAL CAMPUSES. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.

This online application is intended ONLY for incoming freshmen and those who are not currently enrolled as college students at any institution. Please note that transferees, shiftees, second-degree students, and night classes are not included in this online application.

To ensure a smooth and organized application and submission process, please review the requirements, guidelines, and available programs (courses) previously posted.

📢 Health Advisory for BulSUans!

In accordance with Joint Memorandum No. 2026-07, it is imperative that all members of the BulSU community follow preventive measures against COVID-19 and other Respiratory Illnesses to ensure the health and welfare of all individuals.

We are encouraged to continue to follow the following preventive actions:

😷 Wear a mask when in crowded or enclosed spaces.
🧼 Maintain hand hygiene by washing hands thoroughly with soap and water, or using alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
🏠 Remain at home when experiencing fever, cough, colds, sore throat, or any respiratory ailments.
🌬️ Ensure good ventilation inside classrooms, laboratories, offices, and meeting rooms.
🤧 Follow respiratory etiquette by covering your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
