As of 2:00 PM today, 30 August 2026, Tropical Depression "PILANDOK" (LPA 08j) is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Another low pressure area (LPA 08l) is being monitored outside the PAR and has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the low pressure area (LPA 08K), formerly "SAUDEL," has a MEDIUM chance of redeveloping into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours. It is still being monitored outside the PAR.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Meanwhile, Light to Moderate with occasionally Heavy rains are expected over (Linapacan, Culion, Busuanga, Coron, SofronioEspanola, Quezon, Brooke'sPoint, Rizal), (Magsaysay, SanJose, Rizal, Looc, Lubang, Paluan, AbraDeIlog, Mamburao), (Argao, Dalaguete, Alcoy, Boljoon, Sibonga and Dumanjug) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.
