𝙅𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙄𝙉: The NLRC Regional Arbitration Branch XIII facilitates the settlement of a labor case filed by the Mine Foreman against his employer from the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 today, May 26, 2026.

Complainant and Respondent’s representative personally appeared before 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐀. 𝐎𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐳, 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧 today. Complainant voluntarily accepted the settlement amount of ₱𝟭𝟬𝟴,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 as payment for his money claims from the Respondent’s representative. Thereafter, he executed a Receipt and Quitclaim and an Affidavit of Withdrawal as proof of the amicable settlement. Consequently, ELA Ortiz issued an order dismissing the case with prejudice.

𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗣. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗿, 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙑, 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗿 𝗠. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗼, 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘼𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙑𝙄, and 𝗞𝗿𝘆𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗖. 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 assisted ELA Ortiz and the parties during the settlement of the case.
