The sale, offering for sale, or advertisement of subdivision lots, including so-called “raw lots,” through Facebook or any other online platform without a valid Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CRLS) issued by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) is strictly prohibited by law.

Selling, offering for sale, or advertising subdivision lots or "𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐒" on Facebook or other online platforms without a valid 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥 (𝐂𝐑𝐋𝐒) issued by DHSUD is 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐰.

Likewise, advertising real estate projects without prior approval of the advertisement materials by DHSUD, and engaging in real estate selling activities without being duly licensed, accredited, or registered as a real estate broker or as a salesperson with PRC and DHSUD, may subject the responsible parties to administrative, civil, and criminal liabilities.

The public is advised to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of any real estate project before making reservations, payments, or investments. Always check whether the project has a valid CRLS and whether the persons marketing or selling the property are duly authorized to do so.

Protect yourself from illegal lot-selling schemes. Verify first before you invest.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝟒𝐏𝐇 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲

Five (5) potential housing projects under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program are moving closer to reality in Tandag City, benefiting at least 575 families, including Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). This milestone follows the official registration of DBBMT Federation, Inc., composed of five homeowners' associations: Dagocdoc, Bag-ong Lungsod, Bongtud, Mabua Rosario, and Telaje HOAs.

To further facilitate this initiative, DBBMT Federation President Ms. Merly Quisada met with the DHSUD Region XIII Homeowners Association and Community Development (HOACD) Division, headed by Atty. Deen Asliah Macarandang, on June 17, 2026, at the DHSUD Regional Office XIII to discuss implementation strategies and project requirements. The meeting focused on the roadmap toward project implementation, including project readiness requirements, licensing processes, organizational strengthening, and capacity-building interventions. The federation is set to undertake the projects through the Project Proponent Initiative (PPI) modality under the Pag-IBIG Countryside Housing Initiative (CHI), which empowers organized communities to take an active role in housing development.

DHSUD Region XIII remains committed to providing technical assistance and organizational support to ensure the successful implementation of these community-led housing projects, advancing inclusive and sustainable human settlements across Caraga.

WHAT’S NEW IN THE HOUSE. In recognition of his "effective and decisive" contributions to uplift the lives of the urban poor through decent housing, the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) has conferred the Bayani ng Urban Poor Award 2026 on Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development ( ) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling.

LOOK | The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Regional Office 13 actively joins in the Second Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD).

The activity aimed to assess and simulate preparedness and response plans for a potential Magnitude 7.2 earthquake caused by the movement of the West Valley Fault, strengthening disaster readiness and effective coordination with partner agencies and stakeholders.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

Ten (10) Homeowners Associations are currently participating in the Crafting of Community Development Plan through a Strategic Planning Workshop facilitated by the Homeowner Association and Community Development Division (HOACDD) at the DHSUD Office, Imadejas, Butuan City.

This capacity-building activity seeks to strengthen the participants' competencies in strategic governance, evidence-based planning, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance. Through collaborative discussions and planning exercises, the workshop aims to equip homeowners' associations with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop responsive and sustainable community development plans.

Epektibo sa Hunyo 17, 2026, pinalawig ang deadline ng HOA re-registration hanggang Disyembre 18, 2026.

Iwasan ang pagka-suspinde, pagkawala ng legal na pagkakakilanlan, at pagkawala ng mga benepisyo bilang HOA. Makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na DHSUD Regional Office o i-scan ang QR code sa pub mat para sa kumpletong detalye.
