The City General Services Department (CGSD) personnel actively participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony held today, September 7, 2026, at the City Hall Grounds, hosted by the ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ.
