Ang maong kalihukan nagtumong sa pagpalambo sa kahibalo ug pagsabot sa mga ICCs/IPs ug Non-IPs sa mga probisyon sa IPRA, ingon man sa mga polisiya ug pamaagi sa pagpatuman sa CALOM ug CADLA sulod sa CADT 252.

Ang NCIP Buenavista Community Service Center (CSC) nagpahigayon og Field-Based Investigation (FBI) may kalabutan sa Commercial Sand and Gravel (CSAG) Applicationni Mr. Jerry Alpanta. Ang maong kalihokan gipahigayon sa Barangay Kinabjangan, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte.

Gitambongan kini sa Proponent, Barangay Captain sa Barangay Kinabjangan ug sa NCIP Validation Team.
