Recognition of Agency personnel by National PRAISE Awards
Recognition of VPAs by the National Committee on Volunteerism.

As a member of the National Committee on Volunteerism and Validator of the adjudged Most Outstanding VPA in the Philippines, ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE introduced and presented VPA Dindo Batobato, the Outstanding VPA for CY 2025.
RXIII likewise engaged with awardees from other regions during the 50th Founding Anniversary Celebration held on July 30, 2026. The day concluded with a retro-themed party where all regions gave a presentation.

CONGRATULATIONS DOJ-PPA CARAGA!

DOJ-PPA Rehiyon Trese received three National PRAISE awards during the Awarding Night of the 50th Anniversary Celebration held at the Crowne Hotel, Ortigas. Based on CY 2025 accomplishments, the region successfully received three national awards, despite physical and financial challenges.

ALS Classroom - Butuan Central School

A successful Orientation was conducted by Driving Instructor James Mico Peñaranda of DepEd as he oriented a group of students who enrolled to DepEd's NC II driving class today. Included in the FREE NC II driving class are DOJ-PPA 13 employees from Butuan City who signified interest to join the driving class. Upon the request of ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE, mostly female CARAGA personnel will be joining in the FREE NCII driving classes every saturday or sunday, depending on the schedule they will choose to attend. This program will form part of the region's Learning and Development Program for employees, in support of empowering women to ascend and outgrow the typical "passenger princess" persona.
AO IV Nelia Bermudez, ADA IV Melanie Duncano and COS Eunice Solis attended the initial Orientation with ROIC Libertad. At least ten DOJ PPA 13 personnel have signified to participate in the program.

Pursuant to the management's Regional Roadmap CY 2026, more particularly No.3 - "foster employees' holistic well being to encourage human sustainability and organizational vitality" and No. 4- "forging stronger collaboration with Relevant Interested Parties, community partners and stakeholder...", ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE together with AO IV Nelia Bermudez and DO Elianne Joy Quijada, paid a courtesy call to Land Bank of the Philippines - Butuan City Branch Manager Emelita Escalante and Branch Mktg Officer Anna Ly Babael.
This remarkable group of empowered women discussed areas of collaboration where DOJ-PPA R13 personnel will benefit from the updated, new and improved LBP's investment programs and loan services. Despite the busy schedule of LBP who will be moving house to a new home, BM Escalante gave an hour of her precious time to DOJ-PPA 13 and committed to providing attractive and affordable offers to govt employees. Incidentally, ROIC Libertad who is from Region VIII, touched BM Escalante's core memory as she admitted that her first LBP assignment way back in 1994 was in Tacloban City.

Looking forward to LBP and DOJ-PPA partnership coming up soon.🥳🎊🎂🎉🌻
