The DOJ-PPA Region VII team formally welcomes 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫-𝐢𝐧-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐗𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂. 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐝, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, to Cebu City as she will conduct the validation for the VPA Search Individual and Group Category nominees.

General Luna, Siargao island

Pursuant to the Regional Roadmap of CY 2026, particularly No.4: forging stronger collaboration with Relevant Interested Parties, community partners and stakeholders", ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE, paid a courtesy call to General Luna's Local Chief Executive Hon. Johnson Sajulga and Vice Mayor Dr. Romina Sajulga. ROIC Libertad was accompanied by OIC-ARD Cenen Castellano and Surigao Del Norte Ppo CPPO Marieta Sumaylo and PPO II Celicor Salvaloza. ROIC Libertad extended the agency's gratitude to the LGU's continued support to the clients and the FO's programs and activities, further offering its personnel's expertise in community-based reformation for recovering drug dependents.
The productive meeting produced several commitments for collaboration and activities with the MADAC and MPOC that will benefit the clients and constituency of General Luna.

Dapa, Siargao island

Surigao Del Norte Ppo team led by CPPO Marietta Sumaylo and PPOII Celicor Salavaloza accompanied ROIC Lovella Libertad and OIC-ARD Cenen Castellano as they paid a courtesy call to the local officials of the Municipality Dapa in Siargao island.
In the absence of Mayor Elizabeth Matugas, the DOJ-PPA all women team was graciously welcomed by SP Councilor Chivas Dulguime to discuss issues and challenges of clients in Siargao island, particularly in the municipality of Dapa. Incidentally, as the SP council meeting was about to start, Hon. Atty. Dulguime invited ROIC Libertad to speak before the Sanggunian council to highlight the accomplishments and challenges of Surigao Del Norte PPO, especially the significant role of the Agency in crime prevention.
DOJ-PPA Caraga extends our thanks to the generosity of Dapa's Sangguniang Panglungsod for the valuable opportunity to inform the municipal officials about the agency.

Municipality of Cagdianao, Dinagat Province

Surigao Del Norte Ppo led by CPPO Marietta Sumaylo and SrPPO Rajiv Elape accompanied ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE and OIC-ARD Cenen Castellano to pay a courtesy call to Cagdianao's Local Chief Executive Hon. Adolfo Longos in the 1st class municipality's municipal hall in the early morning of June 16, 2026. The group had a productive discussion about the present situation and future plans for the clients of the province, most of which originate from Cagdianao.
ROIC Libertad likewise conducted her customary "Present and Empowered: a short dialogue/motivational talk with the ROIC and headcount" of the clients of Dinagat province as they reported in San Jose.
