As part of the DOLE Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), RTWPB Caragaโ€”represented by Senior LEO Ms. Miraflor P. Granadaโ€”joined the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Caraga today for the opening ceremony of its 53rd Founding Anniversary at the PRC Regional Office in Butuan City.

BUTUAN CITY โ€” In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, the RTWPB Caraga actively participated in the DOLE Trabaho Agad Job Fair (Araw ng Kalayaan) held on June 12, 2026, at Robinsons Place Butuan.

The job fair brought together various government agencies and private sector employers to provide government services and employment opportunities to aspiring applicants across the region.

During the event, the RTWPB-assisted MSMEs were officially awarded with their cheques for the DOLE Adjustment Measures Program, highlighting DOLE and the Board's continuous support for local enterprise development, employment retention, and employment generation amidst economic disruptions.

The Job Fair activities will run until 5 PM today.

BUTUAN CITY โ€” To elevate local customer service standards, RTWPB Caraga, led by Board Secretary VI Mr. Earl D. Dela Victoria, successfully conducted a Service Quality Training session on June 9, 2026, at VJ's Sportsbar and Ihaw-Ihaw.

The activity was participated by the DOLE-Adjustment Measures Program (DOLE-AMP) beneficiaries and MSMEs invited by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Agusan del Norte.

Participants gained vital learnings on service quality dimensions, customer service cycle, error recovery, and implement strategic customer advocacy. By sharpening these enterprise and workforce capabilities, RTWPB Caraga and its partner agencies continue to drive excellent service standards and long-term economic productivity across the region.
