Butuan City Manpower Training Center Butuan City Manpower Training Center was established in 2013 through an SP Ordinance No. 2998-2013.

BCMTC is a State-run Technical Vocational Institution (STVI) in Local Government of Butuan City with registered training programs under UTPRAS of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Skills Training on Nail Care was conducted by the Butuan City Manpower Training Center to inmates at Butuan City Jail from September 16 – 20, 2019.

Twenty (20) inmates benefited from the training for them to earn from visitors who will avail of their services.

High School Graduate (Diploma Photocopy)
Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Brgy. Certification (Indigency)
Driver's License (Code: 12 or 123) SP not allowed.
1x1 ID Picture (2 pcs.)

D.O.P Building, Government Center, Tiniwisan, Butuan City (Infront of Poly Sport Complex Tiniwisan).

Ride tricycle from Shell Station near St. Peter Seminary going to Butuan City Manpower Training Center beside City Agriculturist Office. At the back is DOST Philippine Science School Building.
