𝗖𝗦𝗨 𝗶𝘀 #𝟭 𝘁𝗼𝗽-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗪𝗟𝗘, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟭𝟭𝟲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟱 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀
Caraga State University emerged as one of seven (7) State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) sharing the #1 Top-Performing School spot nationwide, achieving a flawless 100% overall passing rate in the September 2026 Social Work Licensure Examination (SWLE).
A total of 116 Golden Paddlers are now officially Registered Social Workers, with 5 topnotchers securing places in the national Top 10:
Top 6: Chardy Mae C. Antiporda - 92.20
Kyrie Melan T. Quinque - 92.20
Top 7: Jhon Michael C. Bando - 92.00
Myra Jane P. Sumabat - 92.00
Top 10: Gwyneth Bridgette Guarino - 91.40
The board examination was conducted on September 9–11, 2026, across major testing centers nationwide, and the results were released today, September 17, 2026, by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
The entire university community extends its warmest congratulations to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHaSS) and the Department of Social Work for this monumental achievement!

The HERO Learning Commons will be OPEN this Friday, September 4, 2026, in accordance with OP Memorandum No. 116, which suspends the implementation of the Compressed Work Week due to Monday, August 31, 2026 as non-working holiday.

𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Work and classes at both campuses of the university will be SUSPENDED on Monday, August 31, 2026, for the celebration of National Heroes Day, per OP Memorandum No. 266, s. 2026 and Proclamation No. 1006. With this, university operations will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the said week, excluding classes and teaching personnel with fixed schedules.

On this occasion, may we never forget the ‘whys’ behind the sacrifices of our heroes: why they chose to stand for freedom, truth, and the dignity of Filipinos and the Philippines. May their courage remind us that the love for our country should not only be remembered in history, but lived through the choices we make each day. Bugsay!
