CSU NSRC-ERT | MAY 25–26, 2026
LIFE DOES NOT PAUSE. And neither do we.
On May 25–26, 2026, twenty-two responders from the CSU – NSRC Emergency Response Team stepped up for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Refresher Training. This crucial capability-building initiative was successfully organized through the leadership of Prof. Urlie G. Anino, DiSDS, DRRM Director, who spearheaded the activity to ensure the university’s continuous readiness.
Our deepest gratitude also goes to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (CDRRMD) ALIMAT for their invaluable support and expertise in guiding our responders throughout the training.
Our team didn't show up just to check a box; they answered the call because they understand what it truly means to stand as the first line of defense between life and loss.
Two days of intense training. Twenty-two lives sharpened.
To the responders who showed up, pushed through, and walked away sharper than before: the community is safer because you chose to prepare. That is no small thing.
Trained. Trusted. Ready.
