As a national government agency in Cabadbaran City, RTC Branch 34 proudly supports the celebration of the City's 19th Charter Day. Representing the Court at the State of the City Address was Presiding Judge Hon. Fernando R. Fudalan, Jr. Meanwhile, participating in the Ecumenical Service and Kick-Off Program were Clerk of Court Atty. Jo Mary O. Bulasa, Court Stenographer Haragemma L. Gomonit, and the Court Aides detailed at RTC Branch 34, Maylene B. Pilares, Lirp O. Sandigan and RJ Kent C. Advincula.

Please be advised that the updated version of the Judiciary Electronic Payment Solution (JEPS) will be deployed and will go live on 01 July 2026 at 8:00 A.M.

Under the new JEPS, LandBank Link.BizPortal will serve as the primary payment gateway for all JEPS transactions.

Accordingly, the following payment channels will be temporarily unavailable until further notice:

Unionbank UPay
Fortune Pay

The reintegration of UPay and Fortune Pay into the new JEPS will be implemented at a later date.

Our Judiciary Month celebration culminated in a meaningful jail visitation led by our Presiding Judge, Hon. Fernando R. Fudalan, Jr.

Throughout the month, we strengthened our judicial family through activities such as a Garage Sale and Trivia Challenge. More importantly, these initiatives allowed us to give back. Part of the proceeds from the Garage Sale was used to purchase food for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the BJMP–Cabadbaran City District Jail (BJMP-CCDJ) during the jail visitation, while the remaining proceeds helped fund our Zumba activity.

A fitting reminder that the spirit of the Judiciary is not only found in the fair administration of justice, but also in compassion, service, and care for the community. Thank you to everyone who made this celebration a success. 💜⚖️💛
